Rules & Regulations

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• A Coach ticket will be issued on completion of payment.
• Prices are per person and include coach travel only unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are non-refundable, tickets can not be transferred to other trips.
• Name transfers on tickets can be done however you must notify Daytripper.
• In the event of a trip cancellation by Daytripper Barnsley, a full refund will be issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel trips due to insufficient bookings, with a full refund issued.

Insurance

• Passengers are responsible for there own travel insurance. It is not compulsory but is wise to take out uk travel insurance. This may cover any loses you may incur.

Coach Travel

• Passengers must arrive at their designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before departure.
• The coach will not wait for late passengers — no refund will be given if you miss the coach.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the coach.
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level and be respectful of other passengers bad language will not be tolerated.
• The driver's decision is final in all matters relating to the conduct of passengers.

Mobility & Special Requirements

• Wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be declared and booked at the time of booking.
• We will endeavour to accommodate all passengers but cannot guarantee this without prior notice.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements when booking.
• Mobility scooters and wheel chairs can be stored in the lockers below.
• Please note the Driver will load any wheel chairs and scooters onto the coach but will not be held responsible for any damages.

Children

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• It is Parents responsibility to make sure any Child under the age of 14 is wearing a seatbelt.
• Any one over the age of 14 is responsible for there own seatbelt.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted on coaches.

Privacy & Photography

• Photographs may be taken on trips for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.
• Your personal data is stored securely and used only for booking purposes in accordance with GDPR.

Payment Plan

Payment plans can be arranged on bookings over £100 If you’d like to pay in instalments, just speak to a member of our team. We’re happy to set up a plan that suits you. Once your plan is agreed, please make sure each instalment is paid on time. Final Payment Deadline All payments must be fully completed at least 14 days before the trip. If payments aren’t finished by this point, your seat may be cancelled and offered to someone else. Keeping Your Seat Your seat is confirmed once your payments are up to date. Missed or late payments may result in your booking being cancelled. Refunds We don’t offer refunds on any payments, including deposits or instalments. If you decide not to travel or can’t make it on the day, we’re unable to issue a refund or credit.
